心在疫起 NEW NORMS PARK #10: Steel Components Progress Update

Here's some updates on the progress of steel components fabricated by Wan Li Wan Welding Works (WLW).

All the steel components are primed with Trans Paint Pluss Industrial Zinc Phosphate Primer for protection, and as a base layer for the coloured topcoat (in this case is light blue) to be applied on later.

Temporary steel inserts are welded to the corners to ensure "squareness".

Here's a look at the tool designed by WLW to bend the steel reinforcement bars into arches for the cages.
